"As someone who has been running a business since 14 years of age and currently Hull’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2010, I am very proud to be associated with GEW for another year. It is the ideal vehicle for strengthening the bonds between business and education. Moreover, I strongly believe that such events not only help to foster an entrepreneurial spirit amongst all young people but also encourage school and college leavers to acquire the necessary skills to make them attractive propositions to any employer. Having said that, I am convinced that it does not always have to be a choice between business and education. I have proved that it is possible to successfully combine both. Here’s to many more GEWs in the future!”
